Paul Chapman is the Co-Founder of HC Holdings, Managing Partner of HC Group, and Executive Director of Enco Insights.
Paul joined HC Group in 2004 in the London Office. In 2007 he launched HC’s Americas offering, basing himself in Houston - where he lives with his family.
Paul is well-known in the commodities community as the host of The HC Commodities Podcast, a leading podcast focused on in-depth conversations relevant to the commodities community. He regularly moderates panels on topics within the commodities sector for global audiences.
Paul remains ever curious about the global commodities sector and is a passionate advocate for the people within it.
Paul holds an MBA from Rice University and a bachelor's degree from University College London.

Damian Stewart
Co-Founder, HC Holdings
Damian Stewart is the Co-Founder of HC Holdings, Managing Partner of HC Group, and Executive Director of Enco Insights.
Damian joined HC in London in 2004 before launching the company’s Asia platform in Singapore in 2008. He relocated back to London in 2017 and now oversees HC Group's commercial operations across the EMEA and Asia regions.
Damian has partnered a number of leading energy and commodity organisations in the design and implementation of world class physical and financial trading teams. He is currently spearheading the development of HC’s advisory services, including HC Talent Intelligence, and strategic partnerships strategy.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in modern languages from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
